Food/drinks to avoid:
-No coffee, black tea, energy drinks, or soft drinks
-No fruit juices except for blended fruit/vegetable drinks (that you blend yourself)
-No alcoholic drinks (With the exception of three glasses of red wine per week—but not all at once.)
-No sugar (including sweets, chocolate, cookies etc)
-No bread or food products made from flour
-No shortening or margarine
-No dairy products (with the exception of the ones listed under recommended dairy below)
-No red meats
To Do Daily:
-First thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything drink a glass of lukewarm water with one lemon squeezed into it.
-Drink five cups of green tea and/or herbal teas throughout the day
-Drink eight glasses of spring mineral water
-Take the following supplements daily: Vitamin C. (taken with breakfast and dinner), good quality multivitamin taken once a day with breakfast, Probiotics taken twice a day on an empty stomach, Olive leaf extract (one teaspoon a day with breakfast), astra 8 immune tonic (with lunch).
-Only use olive oil to cook with
-The majority of your diet should be vegetables and fruits each day.
-Eat a variety of the following lists of food each day. Try not to each the same thing two days in a row.
